Ingredients

6 cups of mixed greens

1 cup of baby tomatoes

1 lime sliced

1 cup of left over pulled pork*

Southwest dressing

½ cup of sour cream

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp mayo

1 tsp southwest seasoning

Dash of pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. Place mixed greens in a bowl 
  1. Cut tomatoes and place on salad
  1. Slice limes and place on salad as garnish.
  1. Sprinkle left over pork on the salad.
  1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake.
  1. Drizzle dressing over the salad. You don’t have to use it all, but you can if you like really dressing filled salad.

*to make basic pulled pork pressure cook a pork roast with 1 cup of water for 2 hours and then shred.
