With the warm summer weather upon us I want to do something different this summer. We are all trying to live healthier and even as a toddler so do I. Mommy has decided that we are going to do a Summer Time Smoothie Recipe for the next 8 weeks. Every Monday thru Friday be on the lookout for a brand new recipe! That’s forty (40) recipes in total but we have it for you. Today enjoy our delightful Lemon Berry Smoothie.
Lemon Berry Smoothie
(6 oz) container low fat lemon yogurt
(20 oz) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
(16 oz) can blackberries in lite syrup, drained
C ice cubes
to Make It:
the yogurt in the blender.
the drained pineapple and blackberries.
the ice cubes on top.
type of fruit yogurt will work with this recipe. Try different kinds to which see ones your
family enjoy the most.
