3 Ways to Ease Aches and Pains with Sunbeam ~ #TeamSunbeam

Who else is excited that the holidays and school vacation are over? Or is it just me?! That's why I'm eternally grateful for my Sunbeam® Renue® Neck Wrap that helps to ease my aches and pains away from all the stress that the season wrought on my body. The holidays can be exciting, and I relish seeing the kids open their gifts on Christmas morning with wonder on their faces. However, before that happens, it's all spent busily running around making sure that everyone gets what they want on their list. Visits to Santa can mean waiting in line for hours, and paying for said gifts can also mean another long wait time in lines.

This 5 Ways I Ease Aches and Pains with Sunbeam is sponsored by the Sunbeam brand. All opinions are mine alone #ad.

Madison wrote to Santa, while the older kids just gave me their list, so from store to store I ran, carrying bags upon bags into the house while trying to find the best hiding place I could. After the end of a busy day of shopping, even though I just love shopping, at this point I just want to relax and put my feet up. However, as a mother it's not going to happen. There is always something that has to, or needs to, get done. However, all I need is a few minutes with my Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap, to help relieve the ache that starts in my neck and moves its way down to my shoulders and eventually to my back.

So how exactly do I relieve my aches and pains? Here are my three ways!

1. Massage
Whenever my neck, back or shoulders hurt, I generally would ask my husband to give me a massage, or if he's not around I would have my youngest daughter just walk on my back. I'm not telling you to have someone do that, but it seems to help for me. There are times however when I need to get it done professionally. Massage therapy does wonders!

2. Relaxing bath
A warm bath not only relaxes you but also helps to relax and ease your sore muscles.  It's also a treat for you. Put some music on, add a bath fizz or bubble bath, sit back and relax.

3. Heat
Heat is by far the most effective way to aid in muscle relief. It helps to take the edge off pain associated with sore muscles by promoting blood circulation. The increased blood flow restores oxygen and nutrients to inflamed areas to help accelerate healing. It also relaxes and comforts you. And that's exactly what the Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap does.

The neck wrap contours to the shape of your neck and upper shoulders and provides you with concentrated heat for maximum pain, tension and muscle relief. If you've ever used traditional heating pads, you know how difficult they can be to keep in place. You always have to readjust, or sometimes they get cold before you're even feeling better. That's not the case with the Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap. The magnetic closure not only keeps it in place allowing you to maximize your treatment, but it never gets cold.

The Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap can help you unwind after a long day of shopping, running errands or even after a workout at the gym. It's a new year and we're all now focusing on our "new me", so purchase a Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap and get pain relief from injury, stress, sleeping poorly or the strain of everyday activities. You'll love it!

Do you know someone that can benefit from a Sunbeam Renue Neck Wrap? Or how would you love to have one of your own? Well if you're a US resident it's your lucky day. One of my readers will have the chance to win one of your own. This giveaway will last for approximately 7 days, then the winner will be announced. Good luck everyone!

  1. Since I turned 30ish, every single time I get a cold I end up with an ear infection. So weird for someone my age, but this sounds like a great way to relieve the pain.

  10. I'm a big believer in massage therapy! If that's not an option, a husband's strong hands can help a lot. I'm in 100% agreement with a hot bath too. I'll have to look for this neck wrap.

    1. Massage therapy is generally my go-to whenever I'm in intense pain, and if I can't make it to the therapist, I would get my husband to do it. If he's not around then Madison walking on me seems to help too. With this neck wrap the heat does help.
