Tuna Avocado Salad #Recipe

We love avocados in our house, and you'll always find one, or two, or three in our refrigerator. When we aren't making our homemade guacamole, you can find us using avocados in a lot of different meals. Have you ever tried using avocado paste instead of peanut butter? It tastes so much better in my opinion and not just because I'm allergic to peanuts. For those with peanut allergy like me, you may want to give it a try and let me know if you like it. I grew up in the Caribbean where we actually had an avocado tree in our backyard, so it was literally a pick and eat kind of fruit for me, just like mangoes. Today I want to share with you a delicious Tuna Avocado Salad that will knock your socks off. Forget about just regular tuna salad, add a bit of avocado, and you've got an instant hit. Before I share my recipe with you though I do want to share a bit of the health benefits of avocados.
