Did you know that avocados contain nearly 20 vitamin and minerals that you need? Also eating just 1/2 of an avocado provides about 20% of the folate that you need for your body. An adequate amount of folate in your diet has been shown to reduce cancer so I like to call avocados the cancer fighting foods. Avocados are also high in fiber and have been known to prevent constipation. Eating foods like avocados has been shown to decrease heart disease and diabetes in individuals. There are quite a lot more benefits to eating avocados and but the best of all is that it just tastes good. So without further ado let us get into our Tuna Avocado Salad recipe.
Here is what you'll need:

ReplyDeleteVery nutritious caribbean delicacy...Avocado and farine. I also love the all natural avocado butter that I eat with bread, crackers or scones. I also prepare the vegan avocado salad. I know i'm going to love your recipe when I try it.
ReplyDeleteI've never had avocado before! Well, I guess I have when I went out to dinner last April (2014) I tried guac for the first time and didn't like it. That said, my kids love it.... I've made dips for them and little things but never though to make something like this. It looks really good. I'm sure they'd love it! I will have to try and see! - - jeanine
