Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Balls

Are you tired of pumpkins everything as yet? I know I'm not. It's unimaginable all the pumpkin flavored recipes you can come up. Popcorn balls are a favorite fall treat and actually a treat for any occasion. These do however become a more perfect fall treat with the amazing flavor of pumpkin spice! Made with pumpkin spice marshmallows and drizzled with pumpkin spice candy, they are perfect for taking to any fall gathering! Don't believe me, how about trying them for yourself.

Here is what you'll need:-

* 1 bag microwave popcorn

* 1 8 oz bag Jet Puffed Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows

* 3-4 tbsp butter

* 1 package pumpkin spice candy melt

* 1 package white candy melt

* Chocolate kisses filled with caramel

Pop the popcorn in the microwave according to package. Once popcorn is popped, remove it from the bag and let it cool. Remove all unpopped kernels from the popcorn.

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium low heat.

When the butter is melted, add the marshmallows. Stir constantly until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat at once.

Stir in the popped popcorn coating evenly.

Allow marshmallow and popcorn mixture to cool for several minutes before continuing.

Grease your hands well with shortening to prevent the popcorn from sticking.

Pack popcorn into balls about the size of a baseball and place on parchment or wax paper to cool completely.

Melt the pumpkin spice candy melt in a heavy duty storage bag (or piping bag) for 20-25 seconds on each side.

Drizzle the tops of the popcorn balls with the pumpkin spice candy melt.

Melt the white candy melt the same as you did the pumpkin spice and again drizzle over the tops of the popcorn balls.

Drizzle a little more pumpkin spice candy melt over the white and press a chocolate kiss into each popcorn ball.

Allow the candy melt to harden before packaging or serving. Now that you've got it all done, serve and enjoy.
