Easy Biscuit Pizzas

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and one we try not to miss although I admit I have missed a few on occasion. One thing that we’ve always agreed on when it comes to ordering out is pizza. We can never go wrong with pizza although we may disagree on the toppings. Here is a fun way to combine both of the things that we love. Now you can have pizza for breakfast and it’s super easy to make as well. Try out our easy biscuit pizzas, and have the kids help out. They’ll have lots of fun and they tend to eat almost everything they have a hand in making.

Here is what you’ll need:

Ingredients

1 package of 8ct refrigerated biscuits, any brand

8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

pizza sauce

pepperoni

other toppings (optional)

Directions:-

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Open the package of biscuits and use your hand to gently stretch out and flatten the biscuit a bit.

3. Place on the baking sheet, add sauce, cheese and toppings.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuit is cooked through and golden brown.

**Makes 4 servings. 2 biscuits = 1 serving.

**This is a nice alternative to english muffin pizzas and a great way to use leftover biscuits.
