I have had lots of shoes but a moccasin I admit was not one of them. I've always thought that they looked great on others and my sister even owns a few pairs but sadly I did not. When given the chance to work with a company that not only made moccasins for little ones but had some amazing designs I couldn't pass up the chance. Today I want to introduce you to Freshly Picked (as seen on ABC's Shark Tank). They create the cutest, most comfortable moccasins for young children and babies (sizes 1-10) that not only look adorable but are durable, well - designed and most importantly: stay on your child's feet. Made with only the best quality material, each pair is crafted with 100% genuine leather.

Now I want to tell you a bit about Susan and how she came to make these darling moccasins for your little one.
Susan after becoming frustrated by the lack of well-designed baby shoes she decided to start making baby moccasins in 2009. She used her second child as a tester and began experimenting with designs. Though she had some failed attempts she persisted until she had created a pair that not only looked super adorable on her little one's chubby feet, but she made one that stayed on as well.
Since then her moccasins has gone through a few design changes and each change has perfected the look and the fit. Whether they're being shipped to the rich and famous kids or to your house, they're all made with care. You can read Susan's Story on the Freshly Picked Website.

I think the toughest decision I made was actually choosing which moccasin I wanted. I finally decided on the Neon Pink Limited Edition. If you notice on their website, they are all limited edition. What that means is when they're gone, they're gone!
When my moccasins showed up I couldn't wait to try them on. Unfortunately for me we have been having lots and lots of rain here in Colorado. The natives would say that's great, it prevents the fires that we have had every year for the past 2 years. It also prevents me from going outside and doing a lot of my reviews that requires me to be outdoors. This being one of them.

So looking at my shoes I immediately thought? Which of these go on what feet? There was no obvious left or right foot that I could see. Know what makes that great though? As a toddler, I don't really know my left from my right anyway so I could wear them on any feet.
Well that's how it is supposed to be and after a few wears a definite right or left side will start showing.

You may also notice that the soles of these shoes are very soft and flexible. There are no insoles so it seems like I'm walking on the ground. Walking barefoot has so much benefits, and they're just finding that out, that walking in these Freshly Picked Moccasins may just be what your little one needs. Going almost soleless means that your little one will be walking just the way he/she was intended to walk.

Now while you may think that won't be comfortable, I can assure you that it is. Not only it is comfortable on my feet but just look at the design. The fringe detail really makes my shoe pop. It is also well made and I can bank on it that it will last a very long time.

Freshly Picked has lots of other cute designs that you would just fall in love with. While I'm loving my neon pink, there are a few more that I have my eyes on. Just take a look at all their available styles, you won't be disappointed.

Freshly Picked Moccasins are available in sizes Infant 1 - Toddler 10. That means that your newborn baby will be able to wear these all the way up to toddlerhood like me. They retail for $60 and are so worth it. There are also matching tees to go with your brand new moccs. You'll love them as much as I do. Freshly Picked definitely gets my TWO TINY THUMBS UP!
