Fab Kids August Edition for Back to School

Disclaimer: I received products  for review purposes. No other compensation was received. Though the product was free, opinions are 100% my very own.

It’s August 1st and while my brothers go back to school in approximately two weeks, those on the East Coast still have an extra month to relax. Not for us here in the West. My brothers got out of school early and so have to go back early. Mommy remembers when she first moved to Colorado from New York. My brothers and sister had just gotten out of school, and imagine their disappointment when they found out that they were going to be back in August instead of September. There were lots of mumblings and grumblings and boy oh boy everyone hated Colorado then. Now guess what? They love it here and so do I. Well after all, it’s all I know but enough about me and my brothers. Today I want to share with you my August Fab Kids Back to School Edition box that I received. For those who aren’t familiar with Fab Kids, it’s a monthly fashion subscription box for toddlers ages 2 all the way to big kids age 12. Guess what? It’s for both boys and girls. Every month you get to choose what outfit you would like to receive and the best part of it is that they are all very well made and of the highest quality. I have yet to be disappointed with an outfit from Fab Kids. The subscription cost is only $29.95 and you receive 2 piece of clothing which is usually a lot cheaper than department stores. Below is just some of the Fab outfits that is available for the month of August.

Signing up for Fab Kids is super easy. You take a Style Quiz letting your personal stylist know what you like and don’t. You then receive personalized outfits just for your little ones. Then you shop till you drop. Well that’s what mommy usually does.

There are two ways to shop. You can shop without a membership which we don’t recommend because then the prices are a little bit more expensive, or you can sign up for a Fab Kids membership where you get your first outfit for $15 and free shipping. The great thing about a subscription is that you can skip any month you’re not interested in getting a new outfit.

This month I chose the Fab Kids Heart Outfit which included a Black Zip Print Dress and Fab Soft Legging. Something I must mention about Fab Kids clothing is that they are very well made. I still have my very first outfit that I received months ago and it has held up very nicely in the wash.

You may have noticed that black and white has been a trend this summer and Fab Kids is always on trend. You’re never out of fashion when wearing a Fab Kids outfit. Now they even incorporated a splash of pink with the contrasting zipper to make that black and white pop and it sure did.

The dress features hearts printed throughout and a 3/4 inch sleeve but because of my tiny size it does look a little longer. The skirt is flared and just looks absolutely delightful. It is made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex so there is a slight stretch. This is perfect for the first day of school when the weather is a little cooler. We have been having LOTS of rain in Colorado so it is perfect right now for me.

The legging is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex and I must say that I just love Fab Kids leggings. I have quite a few of their leggings and you can pair them with skirts, dresses and tees for versatility.

So if you’re looking for an outfit or two for back to school check out Fab Kids. Remember you can sign up for a Fab Kids membership and get your first outfit for $15 and free shipping. That’s really a great way to give them a try. Fab Kids once again gets my TWO TINY THUMBS UP!
