All opinions are my own.

I’ve worked with a LOT of companies and I have to say that the owners of Nic and Elli has been one of my favorites. We actually went back and forth via email for a while and she has kept in contact with me from the very beginning. Now talk about customer service! We were offered a choice of two of their diapers to try and review. When they found out that I was heading to Canada for my Christmas vacation, being a Canadian company, they decided to send me something extra special that I will share with you. Thank you Nic and Elli! I have been using it and intend to use it when I visit Canada.

My trials of potty training is ongoing and I’m hoping that after my trip to Cananda I’ll be ok. Now a bit about Nic and Elli before we continue with our review.

We are a mother/daughter team located in beautiful Maple Ridge BC.  Our love and passion for sewing shows in everything we make.  Our valued customers are very important to us and we strive to reward them with excellent service and quality products.  We wouldn’t be here with out you.

I received my two diapers from Nic and Elli and they came complete with liners. We got a printed one with cute little elephants and a minky version. Now I have to admit that I was a little spoilt from another brand that didn’t require inserting liners. These though were pretty simple to use. Before mommy decided to use them though, there were a set of instructions that needed to be followed before I could wear them. As with everything we buy, we always wash before we use them. A non-residue laundry detergent is recommended. It’s also recommended to not use bleach, liquid fabric softener or dryer sheets as well.

Mommy washed the diapers as directed and we have to say that they came out really well after washing. It’s also best not to use the dryer but to hang dry them. Since we didn’t have anywhere to hang dry them, mommy used the dryer on low heat.

We love the adjustable feature of the Nic and Elli Cloth Diapers and each one fits a child from 10 – 35 pounds. They are absorbent and really control leaks as well. As for the other stinky stuff it does pretty well in that department as well too. Mommy hates that part which is why she loved the disposables.

One of the things I really liked about the Nic and Elli Cloth Diapers is that it was not too bulky at all. Even with the insert it fit great! The elastic around my chunky legs didn’t leave any red marks and I loved wearing them. Now mommy likes taking pics of both back and front to show you how it looks. Let’s hope I don’t regret these photos when I’m older. Oh the things I do for you my readers. Under jeans there is no extra bulk so these are perfect! I am loving the designs as well. Nic and Elli has so many cute designs to choose from that you will surely find more than one you love. That’s the toughest part of Nic and Elli the choices.

Now I bet you’re wondering, what did Nic and Elli send Madison that she was so excited about? Well let me not keep you in suspense any longer. We received the cutest little snack bag, guess what? It is totally reusable. Mommy doesn’t like wasting and totally loves reusable items. To top it all off, did you notice the Maple Leaf? Yes it is totally Canadian. Another great feature of this Snack Pack is that it is waterproof lined as well. It also has a zipper pull and the Nic and Elli logo tag can be attached to your baby bag. Yes they thought of everything!

You can check out their Etsy shop. There you can not only find more of these awesome snack bags but you can also find bibs, unpaper towels and even blankets just to name a few. Nic and Elli definitely gets my Two Tiny Thumbs Up!
