We recently received a copy of The Little Mermaid Diamond Edition on Blu-Ray Combo pack for purpose of review. Now Disney makes these amazing movies and mommy tries to take us to all Disney movies that has been released and I’ve actually seen a few of them. I’ve also recently been introduced to Disney Jr where I watch the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so you can say I’m a Disney Baby.

Now the Little Mermaid was before my time but my sister and brothers know all about it and obviously so does mommy. My sister actually has the very first one that was available on DVD, the dinosaur age I call it and now it’s my generation. We now have it available on Blu-Ray all for me.

I really loved the music and found the animations beautifully done as usual. Sure the animation isn’t as great as Cars or even Planes but it sure does come close. The soundtrack though is amazing! I really loved Sebastians “Under the Sea” and started moving along to the beat. Sebastian reminds me of mommy when she tries to sings. She has that Caribbean accent as well.

The bonus features are something you will want to take a look at before removing your DVD or Blu-Ray from your player. You get to see a brand new music video with pop star Carly Rae Jepson singing one of the movie’s most famous song – “Part of Your World”. I don’t think you would want to miss that.

The Little Mermaid Diamond Edition is currently available for purchase wherever DVD’s are sold.
