My life is busy, extremely busy, and as a mother of four it sometimes seems like there’s not enough minutes in the day. When it comes to time management I have to admit that I’m the worst, but I’m truly getting better now that I’m using Allstate’s QuickTripp App.

I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have made a to-do list that never gets finished. It’s not because I don’t want to finish it, but the time to get it all done just seems nonexistent. I go to the supermarket at least 3 times a week, and once again, it’s not because I NEED to go, however, there is always something missing from my list that makes me have to go back. Between my time at the grocery store, I of course have to stop in a few of my favorite stores before it’s time to pick up Madison from school. When I look back at it now, I truly wasted a lot of my time, doing almost next to nothing. There has to be an easier way to get it all done right? There is, it’s called QuickTrip and I have been using it. It helps me get to point A to point B, quickly and easily eliminating all that wasted time.

So how have I been learning time management with QuickTrip and what exactly IS QuickTrip?

Allstate’s new app QuickTrip, is a route planning app that optimizes my to-do list and saves me time with smarter, multi-stop routes. And guess what? It’s totally free! It is also really easy to use. I just add what I want to do throughout the day, the times I want to get it done, and where it will be done. The app also has an “Optimize Route” option that re-orders my day so that I could have the most efficient route possible. It makes it so much easier to check items off my list as I go.

Syncs Calendar

We all live in a technological world and while I would write items in my calendar, I didn’t always remember to get them done. You can however, synch your calendar to the app, so everything is in one place. With everything right there before me on the app, with driving directions to each place, it’s so much simpler. You can choose between Apple maps, Google maps or Waze to get your driving directions.

Vehicle Maintenance Reminders

Here’s one of my all-time favorite features. I am no good when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I can NEVER remember when stuff needs to get done. The app allows you to either scan or enter your vehicle’s VIN manually and it sends you reminders and even vehicle recalls! I like to call this app my personal assistant. Not even my husband reminds me about stuff like this.

This has really been a time management saver for me. I have been adding additional items on my to-do lists because now I know I can get them done. With QuickTrip finding the smartest and shortest way to get them done, no task is out of reach anymore.

So save time and download QuickTrip available for free in the App store.
