Can I Have More I and Love and You Please?

We love our pets more than life itself. Our cat “Kitty” has been with us since she was 8 weeks old. Madison was just a little over a year old when we got her so they’ve grown up together. She is family and we treat her as such. You may find her sleeping on any of the kids bed or even in the guest room because she thinks she just owns the house. Now because she is family we feed her nothing but the best because we all want what is best for our family. When I was contacted to try I and Love and You (ILY) I was a bit skeptical. After all Kitty just loved the food she had and I really didn’t want to try something new because Kitty is very picky about what she eats. However the more I read about I and Love and You, the more I loved the idea of it. I was going to give the 10 day trial and see whether or not there was any changes.

Now I and Love and You is a pet company that is based right here in our state of Colorado. They have kibble, canned and 100% dehydrated raw options for your pet (both cats and dogs) that are formulated to include the optimal combination of complete, whole-food nutrition, freshness, and premium ingredients that YOU and your pet will love. ILY’s products are formulated by holistic veterinarians to be uncompromising in quality, ingredients and efficacy. They are completely transparent about what is in their food. They use premium ingredients and are focused on whole-food nutrition for pets.  Their quality standards are pretty impressive and include many of the key markers that we humans look for in our own food: cage-free meats raised without hormones, grass-fed, wild-caught, minimally processed, etc.

It has been 2 weeks since Kitty started I and Love and You and on day one I have to admit that she wasn’t too thrilled to be getting her food switched. After all this was something that she ate on a daily basis for almost 2 years. So she picked at it and left most of it in the bowl but she did manage to find her regular food bits. If you’re doing a switch you don’t cold turkey switch but gradually decline her regular food while mixing it in with the new one. By day 4 she was gobbling down the I and Love and You and even asking for seconds. Being former military I still get up at the crack of dawn and she would be up just waiting to guide me to her bowl. By midday she would try and get someone else to give her seconds and even thirds and fourths.

I’ve noticed a sheen now in her coat and she’s even more energetic than usual. I wish I had known about I and Love and You in the past because now I think Kitty has found the cat food that she’s going to be eating for the rest of her life. Now if you’re not a fan of dry food, they also have wet food and also raw food as well. They have healthy chews and treats and also supplements for your dogs and cats. And they didn’t forget the cat litter.

I and Love and You pet food is readily available at Whole Foods – you know, where you buy your own “people food” – two birds, one stone!  They are also available at Petco for when your fur baby tags along. Kitty gives I and Love and You her TWO PAWS UP!
