Pico De Gallo (Chunky Salsa) #Recipe

It's Monday morning and today I want to share with you another recipe. I'm sure you've noticed by the title of this post that it states Pico De Gallo (Chunky Salsa). I have to admit that I love anything chunky. You might remember my Chunky Guacamole that I did a few months ago. It's one that I just love making over and over. If you love salsa and if you also love chunky, I would suggest giving our chunky salsa a try. I guarantee you that you'll love it. It is super easy to make and tastes just as delicious as it looks.

Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

3-4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeno , seeded and diced
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
4 tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. cumin
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and add salt & pepper to taste and refrigerate prior to serving.

Enjoy with tortilla chips, tacos, quesadilla's and more!
