St. Patricks Day Pistachio Fruit Dip

St. Patricks Day is tomorrow and if you're planning on having a St. Patricks Day fundig you're going to need food. While you may be thinking about drinks how about something fun and delicious that the kids can also enjoy. Today I want to share with you this very easy to make Pistachio Fruit Dip. While I called it a St. Patricks Day dip it can be used all year round of course. The kids would enjoy not only making it but eating it too.

Here is what you'll need:

Ingredients:

1 container of Cool Whip

1 box of JELLO instant Pistachio Pudding Mix

Optional: Green food coloring

Directions:

1. Place Cool Whip into a bowl. Add contents of Pistachio Pudding Mix and mix well.

2. Optional: Add a couple of drops of food coloring to brighten the shade of green.

3. Serve with fruit of your choice.

  2. I have made that dip before and YUM!!! It used to be one of my favorites. I sure do miss eating things like that, but feel better eating my same boring way.
This would be a great treat to take to my Daughters April 5 when I go for my Granddaughters birthday. By they way... Happy St Patricks Day!

  10. I think this may be a duplicate. This does sound like an easy and delicious dip. I didn't know that there was a Pistachio Pudding mix--good to know. Wonder what this would taste like using real whipped cream?
