Easter Snack Mix - Recipe

Mommy and I have decided that we want to incorporate some recipes into our blog. A lot of these will be really easy to do while others may not be so much. With Easter right here we wanted to share with you one that is really simple to do, and one that you can do with your own kids as well.

Ingredients:
2 cups pretzel snaps, broken into pieces
2 cups pastel M&Ms
2 cups peanuts
2 cups puffins cereal
1 bag white chocolate chips

Directions:

Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine pretzels, m&ms, peanuts, and cereal.  Stir to combine.

In a medium bowl, microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir well, If not completely melted, heat in 10 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Pour chocolate over pretzel mix.  Stir to combine and then pour onto prepared baking sheet.  Let sit for 15 minutes.  Break into pieces.

We hope you enjoy and if you make it please let us know how it turned out!

  1. Yum!! I love pastel M&Ms too. I suppose I need to buy them now before it's too late. I get sad when Easter ends because I love the food.
Happy Easter to you and your whole family! xoxo

  12. I made something like this before only with dark chocolate and it turned out so great. Love the social media icons on your header by the way. How did you make the social media icons on your header and get them to spin ?

  13. Yummy! I've had this before too and so delicious. It makes for great traveling snack (when it's not hot out) and in cute containers I've seen it given as gifts instead of the traditional cookies at Christmas time! I love how you can pick what's in your cabinets too and mix up the mix! Great reminder of a fabulous and easy snack!!
