Road Trip With Madison Part 3 #AmostWordlessWednesday

I did promise that I would share my road trip with you. If you are new to my blog, I recently took a road trip from Colorado to Canada. It was approximately 22 hours of driving and mommy did it all by herself. If you missed Part 1 and Part 2, just follow the links that will take you through the rest of my travels. Today is my Almost Wordless Wednesday and I want to share the rest of my photos with you.

Part 2 left us in Iowa and our trip continues from there.  Follow me on my journey through these photos.

These photos were all taken from a moving vehicle so might not be the best but I still wanted to share them with you. While driving through Iowa I saw a field that was totally blanketed by snow. It was really beautiful to see but I would love to see what it looks like in the spring or summer.

Iowa also has a lot of these windmills. They create clean energy and was really amazing to see. I just had to take a picture to share with you.

I tried getting photos of the signs  telling us when we’ve made it to a new state. Nebraska was one that I got a picture of. Nebraska… the good life. Is life really good in Nebraska? Do I have any readers living in Nebraska? Can you verify that life is really good there?

Nebraska did have a lot of fields. I am assuming they were corn fields and it would be really nice seeing this in the summer as well.

By the time we had driven through Nebraska it was almost lunch and mommy decided that we were going to stop and get something to eat. The bad thing about road trips is that you eat a lot more fast food than you should. Since I very rarely get fast food, it was a treat for me. We stopped at Burger King where I had my burger my way.

After lunch it was time to get moving and once more there were a lot more fields to see. This time I got to see a field filled with cows. I have never seen a cow up close and personal so I had to take a photo for my collection.

Driving through Nebraska took us some time and by the time we crossed over to Colorado it was sunset. I happened to see the most beautiful sunset imaginable and of course that was cause for another photo. Check out the beautiful Colorado sunset. Absolutely stunning!

I really enjoyed my road trip and can’t wait to take another. Hopefully next time I’ll be able to stay a little longer in the states we travel through and I can get to learn a bit more.

Have you ever taken a road trip? What was the most exciting thing you’ve seen?
