With Christmas not being too far away we want to bring you all the exciting items that you can find for your little ones. Everyone knows that I’m into dolls but what about a bear that looks just like a doll? One that I can dress up and take with me everywhere. One that loves to travel as much as I do? Introducing Zylie and Friends: Zylie the Bear. The very fashionable plush bear who loves to travel. She kinda reminds me of myself.

Meet Zylie, the fun new teddy bear that’s designed to be dressed and played with like a doll. She is an inquisitive and fashionable 12-year-old bear from Manhattan. Follow her on a series of adventures all around the world. Every country she visits, she meets a new friend who joins her on the adventures.

$49.99 –  Recommended age: 3-5y

Zylie is well made plush bear that is 18” tall. She is also jointed and all her legs and arms move very easily. She comes dressed in this really adorable outfit which includes a fashionable skinny jeans, sleeveless flounce top and a cream-colored lined swing jacket. She’s carrying a hip orange bag that comes complete with her diary, world map and all-important passport. All of Zylie’s clothing is totally removable making her a lot more fun. There are actually three other collectible outfits “Down the Pleated Path”, “My Fair Linen” and “Going Geometric”  that can be purchased separately for $19.99. Mommy promised that she will get me at least one more outfit. I can’t wait to change up her look.

Get to know Zylie, her brother Theo and their wacky adventures by reading her first book, The Adventures of Zylie the Bear New York (also included). It’s a hardcover book and it follows their adventure as they try to find a birthday gift for their aunt. It was really fun reading Zylie’s book and seeing all the landmarks that mommy recognized. Having lived across the Brooklyn Bridge mommy was happy to see that in the book.

Her tiny accessories are all usable and you can actually open and read them. You can take a look at her world-map which is pretty big. Her diary can be written in and her passport is the cutest little thing. Your little one would enjoy having them to play along with as well.

You may think that the price of Zylie is too expensive for a plush bear but believe when I tell you that she really is well made. She is really durable and has been quite a few places with me. I really love my Zylie the Bear. I actually call her “Zizi” which makes mommy smile. Also sold separately is Zylie’s friend, Shen the Panda. Shen comes complete with the second book Zylie’s adventure series, The adventures of Zylie the Bear, China. Join the adventure today. Zylie and Friends: Zylie the Bear gets my Two Tiny Thumbs Up!

Now there is a special one that is sold exclusively at FAO Schwartz. Her outfit is slightly different and she is absolutely divine.
