The First Years, Target and Snapfish Offer

In a few weeks I'll be reviewing the new Talk & Soothe Digital Video Monitor from The First Years. In the meantime, I wanted to share a special offer from The First Years, Target and Snapfish that makes this monitor a great holiday gift for new or expecting parents! Through Jan. 31, 2014, customers who purchase specially marked The First Years monitors (the new Talk & Soothe Digital Video Monitor, the Crisp & Clear Double or Single Audio Monitor) in-store at Target will receive a gift from Snapfish, including a FREE classic photo book or a discount off of their entire photo book order.

There are so many incredible milestones in the first years of a child’s life. The complete line of award-winning feeding, care, travel and nursery products from The First Years can help new parents reach these milestones safely and happily. From affordable high tech video monitors to the most thoughtful breast pump ever, to the first and only Smartphone-synched car seat, to spill-proof sippy cups with an easy-to-clean one-piece lid, The First Years offers parents the products, and the confidence in them, that will help make raising their child one of life’s most rewarding experiences.

  1. Aw! We didn't get a baby monitor where we could see son the first time around, but wouldn't have minded having one. Talk and sooth sounds like a nice thing to try as well. :)

  2. I love that baby monitor. I had one with my first son and it was definitely useful. I would recommend it for first time parents.

  4. They make a really beautiful baby book too! We didn't have a monitor with Scarlet because we lived in a smaller place, and with Des, he was in the same room with us until he was ONE! Oops. Cassidy didn't love that. I recommend this wholeheartedly to expectant parents.

  5. The Talk & Soothe looks like an amazing baby monitor. Wow, I wish we could have had this with my 1st baby! All those features are amazing. Communication, lullabies and a pretty far range ... all super cool! I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your review, since we've got brand new babies on the way all over the family!

Wow, this is such a great gift idea! I mean, who buys a baby monitor that couldn't use a great baby-book? They almost go hand in hand! Snapfish already has that awesome reputation as being one of the best companies for the photo-gifts, and to pair them up with The First Years, who carries an equally fantastic reputation? Awesome move - and way to go Target for getting in on it all and spreading the word! :)

  6. This would be great for Olivia when she gets here. Climbing up and down the stairs and our floors being so squeaky will be a challenge without a monitor. We have one on our registry list but this one looks awesome esp the talk and soothe feature!

  7. I would have loved this with my little guys! When they were babies I use to constantly be walking into their room to check on them. ANd most of the time it would wake them up. Now I know for my next baby to def. make sure this is on my registry :)

  9. My babies slept in our room until they were out of their crib so we never used a monitor :) I'm an odd parent in that sense, I know everyone else loves them!

  10. I wish I had a video monitor like that when my kids were babies. I was always going in and checking on them this would have helped to know that they were fine
