Review: Begin Again Toys

Mommy and I are always looking for great unique products that I would enjoy and so would my readers. While browsing the internet mommy happened upon this interesting toy company based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. As my readers know, I'm also based in Colorado so mommy and I knew we had to connect with them. Begin Again Toys requires no batteries and are made to inspire children with good old fashion fun.  Begin Again's products are made from either Natural Rubber, Natural Cotton Fabrics, Sustainably Harvested Woods, Wheat Starch Plastic and Bamboo. Finally toys that help to improve our creativity and imagination and environmentally friendly. Even the website is whimsical and fun. Their WISH collection was totally adorable and it was fun choosing what I wanted to review.
Mommy and I decided upon what we wanted and were sent the Cat Family Puzzle and the Lemonade Set to review.
The Cat Family Puzzle is both playset and puzzle in one! Children play with the pieces like a playset, put them together to complete the puzzle, and can display it on a shelf to admire! Great first puzzle for fine motor skill development. This 6 piece puzzle is hand-crafted & finished with child-safe paints and made from plantation grown rubberwood, an environmentally friendly hardwood.
$13 - Recommended for ages 3+
I love puzzles and the Cat Puzzle was no exception. I had a lot of fun trying to fit the pieces back together again. They are made of high quality materials and even my brothers tried playing with them. My big brother Kyle had difficulty putting them together the correct way and had to look at the photo on the package. These can also be stencils so you can trace around them and have your own little Cat Family on paper. Baby puzzles are usually fairly easy for me to do and finally I've found something that keeps my attention and is also a little bit challenging.

The puzzle is perfect for my little tiny hands and the colors are so vibrant and beautiful. My photo doesn't do it justice. The paint job is also well done and so far mommy and I haven't seen any chipping of the paint which is also great. There's nothing like playing with a toy and the paint comes away on your hands. With toddlers who like to still taste test everything that is of utmost importance. I am really happy with my Cat Family Puzzle and its getting lots of playtime from me.

This MADE IN THE USA lemonade set is made from 100% recycled plastic. It serves 4 and is great for pretend party play! A compact nesting design allows for easy clean up and storage. This play set features the lemonade style pitcher with lid, 4 serving cups and saucers, 1 mixing spoon, and 1 ice tray.
$20 - Recommended for ages 3+

I love having tea with my stuffed animal friends and occasionally mommy and my brothers. This Lemonade Set has all the essentials I need for tea fun. When mommy opened up my Lemonade Set I knew exactly what had to be done. It was tea making time! It is made of very sturdy plastic. I have no worries that they are going to bend or break. The quality is so good that they really can be used for the purpose they're for. Making lemonade. The lemonade pitcher can actually hold 16oz of water.  The ice cube tray is kind of difficult removing the ice cubes though because of the small size and the sturdiness of it.

When I'm all done playing with this everything fits in the pitcher making it easy to clean up.
I really enjoyed playing with this and once again this is going to be played with for a very long time.

I am super happy with both my Cat Family Puzzle and my Lemonade Set. They are both high quality products that enhances both my creativity and imagination. The prices for these products is awesome considered the quality of the products. Mommy and I have paid more for products that don't last as long or aren't as great in quality as these were. Do I recommend them? I sure do! They get my Two Tiny Thumbs Up!

  4. I like the toys that have no batteries. Kids can go through a small fortune replacing batteries. The lemonade set looks like it is really usable. That would make for a nice lemonade party.

  7. Those are both so cute. But I think the cat puzzle is the cutest. I've had a similar puzzle but it was flat, I like the bulkiness of this one as the flat one was hard for little fingers.

  16. I really like the cat puzzle as I am a huge cat fan. It looks really well designed too. That's important since I hate to buy something and have it break shortly afterwards.
