Dr. Robin for Kids Soothing Daily Moisture Cream Review

My quest continues to bring you products that are not only good for your skin but contains no harmful products either. One day while browsing the virtual shelves of, mommy and I saw a brand that we had never seen before called Dr. Robin for Kids. Well you know what happened. Mommy decided to contact them and they decided to send me their Soothing Daily Moisture Cream for Children.

About Dr. Robin for Kids Soothing Daily Moisture Cream for Children:
"For normal, sensitive or eczema-prone skin, this unique formula includes Safflower Oil and Coconut Oil, both scientifically proven to nourish and heal problem skin. Our unique formula is also enriched with Natural Rice Bran Ceramides (natural skin lipids) to help maintain and restore a protective skin barrier.
  • Organic Quinoa to hydrate the skin with protein-rich amino acids.
  • Pomegranate Extract, an important anti-oxidant, to protect skin from environmental damage."

Dr. Robin for Kids Soothing Daily Moisture Cream for Children is actually specially formulated by a Pediatric Dermatologist for Normal, Sensitive and Eczema-Prone skin. It contains no parabens and is fragrance and phthalate free. This product does say for children but I can tell you that it is not just for children. This is great for anyone with problem prone skin.

I have very sensitive skin so mommy and I are very particular about what we use on my body. This is one of the reason we try and use all natural or as close to natural products. We don't want to use a product that breaks me out at all. Also not every product that claims it is great for sensitive skin actually is.

This is entirely fragrance free. No joke! There is actually no smell at all when you put it on your body. Not even a baby smell. It does not have a thick consistency either  and goes on very smoothly. Once applied though it has the feel of a product that is moisturizing your body with water which is actually the first ingredient.

The following picture shows me after a bath. Notice how dry my skin is? Mommy decided to put this on so you can see the difference with it rubbed in a little on the bottom. Notice how moisturized my skin looks after it's rubbed in. You can see the dryness as well on my back.

Mommy and I did notice that since it is not thick you may want to keep it on hand because you do have to reapply ever so often to keep your skin moisturized. Besides that one tiny flaw this actually worked out really great for me.

Dr Robin for Kids Soothing Daily Moisture Cream for Children gets my Two Tiny Thumbs Up!

  1. My Daughter grew up with exzema and I had to use special products on her also. Many years ago it was really hard to find natural products like Dr Robin has.. I didn't know quinoa worked to hydrate. I eat it .. my insides must be very hydrated.

    1. Mommy started laughing when she read that your insides must be very hydrated. Mommy didn't know that either. ♥ Madison

  2. My younger daughter has very sensitive skin and even had what we thought was a touch of exzema as a baby. It has gotten better, but still very sensitive. So loved hearing about this cream here and will totally have to look into for her. Thanks so much :)

    1. You are very welcome Janine. When you have sensitive skin you do have to take care of what you use on your body and this has certainly worked for us. Since I don't have eczema I can't say whether it works for eczema or not but it does work on me. ♥ Madison

  3. Oh this is just what we have been looking for. My granddaughter has such sensitive skin and this sounds just right. I certainly will be checking this out.

    1. If you're close to a Target you may want to check them out there. It was in the baby aisle. ♥ Madison

  4. It is so important to start taking care of skin when very young. It is the largest organ of the body! I like that the first ingredient is water--and that the other ingredients are all organic and safe for sensitive skin.

  5. Scarlett has a light case of eczema and has really sensitive skin so we have to really research stuff we use for her to avoid breakouts. This sounds like something we should look into.

  6. If it's good for kids, it's good for us grown ups! So even tho I don't have a kid here, I might get that for me :)

  7. I think I'll be trying this out on baby next! Hmm, I have sensitive skin...can I use it too? Thanks for the review Madison!

  8. hey girl. thought i'd say hey. would love to hear from you darlin. life is getting back to normal now. :D

  9. My daughter needs this so bad. She has really dry skin.

  10. I think it is great to use a product that was created by a Doctor. Skin can be so sensitive and we need to take good care to keep it moist and soft.

  11. My goddaughter is really prone to allergies, and this becomes a problem. This sounds perfect for her.

  12. Looks wonderful! My kids don't have sensitive skin but I always have! During times of stress, it's a big mess of either pimples or extreme dryness. I guess I haven't been stressed lately because my skin feels nice but I still buy products like this for travel.

  13. This looks like a great product. I will have to get some and try it on my daughter, she has dry patches on the thighs and arms.

  14. Now that it is winter, my skin is so dry and itchy! Thanks for the review

  15. Thankfully I've never dealt with eczema, but my husband has horribly dry skin, and my son occasionally dries out as well. Love finding good products like this!

  16. I need that for my elbows! It went from summer weather to winter weather SO quickly, it's crazy.

  17. Is this product still being made. Could not find a website. Where can I buy it? Thanks!
