Branam Xylitol Tooth Gel/Toothpaste Review ♥

Disclaimer: I was given the product in this post for the purpose of a review. I was not paid in any way to write this review. All opinions are my own.

You've probably been given Xylitol gum after a dentist visit or seen the commercials encouraging the use of Xylitol, but what exactly is Xylitol? Xylitol is an all natural ingredient found in berries, vegetables and birch trees and has been approved by the FDA as a food additive since 1963. It is also a proven inhibitor of ear infections and dental diseases.

Branam Oral Health Technologies has upped the ante when it comes to protecting your little one's teeth. Their Tooth Gels and Toothpaste come in the delicious flavors of Yum Yum Bubblegum & Go Go Grape. The Tooth Gel is for children under the age of 4 and the Toothpaste for children 4 and older. They come in 4oz tubes and with ingredients that we could read. We really loved their slogan: Healthy Smiles for Life ♥
I really loved it!
Branam Tooth Gel and Toothpaste are:
  • Fluoride free
  • Free of the detergent SLS & FDC colorants
  • Safe to swallow
  • Contains no GMO's (Genetically Modified Organisms)
  • Taste great and will not stain, sting or burn.
I loved the yum yum bubblegum flavor and could not get enough of it. The flavor is not overly strong and there was no yucky after taste. Did I mention that it was safe to swallow? I loved that it was. My only con I can say is that the opening where the tooth gel comes out is a little big and could have been a bit smaller.

My older brother who is 8 and is on the Autism spectrum tried out the toothpaste which is a bit thicker and slightly more abrasive and said that he loved it as well. His is also safe to swallow.

Wished the opening was just a tad smaller
Branam does make other products besides toothpaste and tooth gel. There is a patented Ortho-Gibby Teething Pacifier which is free of B.P.A and PVC, no FDC coloring and is proudly made in the USA. It was developed by a leading pediatric dentist to ease teething pain, promote proper jaw development and normal function of the Eustachian tubes, causing fewer ear infections. Unfortunately we weren't able to review this since I no longer use a pacifier but it is uniquely shaped and comes with a picture of a smiling baby on the package.

There is also a Xylitol gum also available in different flavors such as Peppermint Kiss, Snappy Apple, Hot Cha Cha and Bingo Berry. Mommy tried each of the gum and said she especially loved the apple but the flavor didn't last very long. The gum contains no sugar, no aspartame and is gluten-free.

Branam Products are 100% made in the USA.
You can purchase Branam products directly from their website or at a store near you. Store Locator
Two little thumbs up for Branam!

  5. I used to use xylitol for baking. It is great to help fight cavaties. I used to put xylitol in my homemade ear drops... I wonder where I put that recipe.

  7. It's so important to teach kids proper oral hygiene while they are still little. These are great products for doing so because they have a great taste that is not too strong for kids.

  8. Wow, I like the idea of fluoride free and inhibiting ear infections. My grandson gets lots of ear infections. I will pass this information on to his mother.

  9. Xylitol gum got me through all my pregnancies when brushing made me nauseated. Interesting to have it in toothpaste. We use Tom's right now, but I love finding out there are other products out there to look at.

  15. I love the different varieties of toothpaste available. I know that xylitol is good for your mouth because our old dentist used to give my son the gum all the time. He loved it.
